Delivery & Returns

Delivery outside of the UK (including EU) and the rest of the world may be subjected to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.

Refund

These terms and conditions apply when you order or buy products from this website.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days within the UK and 14 within Europe from the date you receive your items. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to a fault of ours or a claim. Please contact customer care before returning faulty or wrong pieces.

​Follow the procedure below if you wish to return/exchange an order:

1.     Email us at here and please quote your order number. 

2.     Kindly make sure to pack the jewellery safely and in its original box and packaging. 

3.     Email us for the return form. We respond to all emails within 1-2 days.

​Products should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for trying them on. If there is evidence that suggests that the jewellery have been used to a degree that decreases the value of the product, you will lose your right to return the products. If the jewellery arrives to us broken, the right of return waives.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for the return postage cost, neither for possible custom duties.

​To prevent fraud, we are only able to refund the amount to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to place the order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items has been presented to us whichever is the earlier.

Shipment

Orders are sent with Evri tracking.

For EU and rest of the world shipping will cost £10 and will take approximately 5-7 business days.

For Sweden Shipping will cost £8 or 100 SKR and will take 5-7 take approximately 5-7 business days.

For Priority Shipping to USA will cost £20 and will take approximately 3-5 business days.
